The Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises Ltd. will consider raising funds on Nov. 25.The funds will be raised by way of a further public offering, preferential allotment, qualified institutions placement or any other permissible mode, the company said in an exchange filing.The proposal, if cleared by the board, will be subject to the approval of shareholders.
