We couldn’t be more delighted to hear that Bad Sisters will be returning for a second season after the massive success of its first turn on our screens.
The Apple TV+ series had viewers hooked to their screens as they watched the Garvey sisters get up to their antics.
This week it was confirmed that a second season would be made of the highly popular Irish-based dark comedy.
Not only were fans over the moon to hear the news, but the cast also shared their joy after the announcement was made.
“So happy I get to jump in the Irish Sea with my girls again. Here’s some photos. I’m equal parts thrilled and terrified but that’s the way it should feel I think,” Sharon Horgan, the show’s writer, shared on Instagram on Tuesday night.
While Eve Hewson took to social media to write: “Just woke up to some delicious news!!! We’re coming back for SEASON TWO BABY!!!!!! GET IN THE F**KIN SEA, SEASON TWO!!!!”
Sarah Greene added: “#secondseries Here we go again!”
They all were inundated with congratulatory messages from their pals with Maia Dunphy writing: “Wait, WHAT?!?! This is the best news since… well, we’ve had relentless s**te news, so this is just F**KING BRILLIANT!!”
While Deirdre O’Kane and Laura Whitmore left applause emojis in the comment section.
