Doireann Garrihy always kills it when it comes to her style. So we were so excited to see what she had to wear during her time at the Galway Races.
The 2FM presenter has been putting her best fashion foot forward over the past three days.
And most excitingly she has been championing Irish designers with her dainty accessories.
For her first day, she stepped out in a beautiful lilac mini dress. She decided to add some golden detailing with designs from Aoife Mullane.
We are head over heels for her oversized clutch that was covered in a shell pattern and the dainty champagne headband which have been replacing the more dramatic fascinators of races gone by.
Aoife told VIP Magazine: “Our hand-printed shell clutch is created in a chalk coloured velvet with gold shells that were illustrated by us. All our prints are inspired by nature and our local landscape.”
For day two, she stepped out in a black and white gúna that featured balloon sleeves and a dramatic collar.
To add a pop of colour, she opted for a pair of red shoes and a matching red lip. However, she didn’t end her red accessories there. She once again shone a light on Irish talent with a beautiful pouch bag and an oversized bow in her hair.
These darling accessories were from Aisling Kavanagh Designs.
For Ladies Day, Doireann was up bright and early to get stuck into probably the busiest day of every race week.
Leaning into bright colours, she carried the sun with her as she opted for a neon yellow dress.
She returned to Aoife Mullane for her accessories who revealed: “The colour theme was fuchsia – so we created a bespoke fuchsia cloud bag this was a style we had existing, however, we had not yet launched this colourway – so we created it exclusively for Doireann price €149.
“She also wore one of our really popular silk scrunched hair bands – again in the bright pink fuchsia colour. This piece is €65.”
