Hot on the heels of the unveiling of the 2024 Sierra EV Denali Edition 1, GMC has released initial details about the more affordable variants that will follow the luxurious pickup.
Shortly after the range-topping variant is launched in early 2024, a slightly more mainstream Sierra EV Denali will arrive in the spring of that year.
It features a familiar exterior, but trades 24-inch wheels and 35-inch tires for smaller 22-inch wheels and 33-inch tires. However, the aforementioned wheel and tire package will be available as an option.

2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1
The Sierra EV Denali will come equipped with a fully enclosed grille that features perimeter lighting and an illuminated GMC badge. Buyers will also find a spray-on bedliner and the Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving system.
There’s no word on pricing, but many of the truck’s most notable features will be optional. This includes the MultiPro MidGate, 4-Wheel Steer, CrabWalk, and the Air Ride Adaptive Suspension that can raise or lower the vehicle by approximately 2 inches (51 mm). Other options will include Power Station Pro, a panoramic fixed glass roof, and 350 kW DC fast charging capability.
2025 GMC Sierra EV AT4
The off-road focused Sierra EV AT4 will arrive in late 2024 with a unique grille, a beefier front bumper, and red recovery hooks. The model will also sport an additional 2 inches (51 mm) of ground clearance as well as 18-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch all-terrain tires.
Given its off-road intentions, the truck will come standard with a Terrain Mode, 4-Wheel Steer, and the CrabWalk function. Buyers will also find Super Cruise and a spray-on bedliner.
2025 GMC Sierra EV Elevation
The entry-level Sierra EV Elevation will arrive in early 2025 with a base price of around $50,000. It eschews equipment found on higher grades, but buyers will find a power eTrunk (frunk), a MultiPro tailgate, and a 16.8-inch infotainment system. They’ll be joined by 18-inch wheels wrapped in 33-inch tires.
These trims will presumably offer less range and power than the Denali Edition 1, which can travel approximately 400 miles (644 km) on a single charge. The range-topping pickup also boasts a combined output of 754 hp (562 kW / 764 PS) and 785 lb-ft (1,063 Nm) of torque in Max Power mode.
