Godrej Properties Ltd.’s FY22 annual report highlights:

Godrej Properties for the first-time achieved sales bookings of $1 billion, ending FY22 with a booking value of Rs 78 billion, up 17% YoY.
National capital region generated sales of Rs 32 billion, representing 41% of overall bookings. Godrej Properties has significant upcoming launches in this market in FY23, including its premium project at Ashok Vihar, Delhi.
The management’s aims to achieve Rs 100 billion of sales in FY23, which will translate in 27% YoY growth. The company also aims to deliver another record fiscal in terms of collections and cash flows.
