PNC Infratech FY22 Annual Report Analysis

PNC Infratech Ltd. recorded revenue from operations of Rs 6,306 crore in FY22 recording an increase of 28% from FY21. The growth was due to better execution of projects in FY22.

Ebitda margin for FY22 stood at 12.5% versus 13.7% in FY21. The decrease in margins was due to higher costs of input materials. Profit after tax increased by 23.7% to Rs 4,478 crore in FY22 from Rs 3,619 crore in FY21 on account of higher sales.

Total order book as at March 31, 2022 stood over Rs 20,000 crore and during the year the company received order inflow of Rs 11,146 crore comprising seven highway projects on hybrid-annuity-model model, three rural drinking water supply projects on engineering, procurement and construction model and one user fee collection mandate.

Out of the total order-book, roads and highway contribute around 65% and water supply and irrigation contribute around 35%.

PNC Infratech is currently executing total 18 projects, including eleven highway and expressway projects, seven rural drinking water supply projects and one irrigation projects.
