On November 21, 2022, the IBPS will close the online registration period for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO). IBPS’s official website, which is ibps.in, is where interested applicants can register for the IBPS SO positions. Additionally, even the fee payment through the online mode will end today.
Only one post is open to applicants. Further, the IBPS will instantly reject any applicants who submit multiple applications. According to the notification, “Candidates seeking age relaxation will be required to submit necessary certificate(s) in original/ copies at the time of Interview and at any subsequent stage of the recruitment process as required by IBPS/ Participating Bank(s).”
IBPS hopes to fill 710 positions in total through this recruitment drive. The official notice states that the main exam will be held on January 29, 2023, while the online preliminary exam is tentatively scheduled for December 24 or December 31, 2022. In February 2023, the results for the same will be announced.
