Toyota unveiled the C-HR Prologue concept, previewing the production version of the second generation C-HR that is scheduled to debut in 2023. The compact SUV features evolutionary styling and will be available with hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains.
Just like its predecessor, the C-HR Prologue was designed by Toyota’s ED2 studio in South France, which explains the evolutionary styling. The outgoing C-HR was introduced in 2016 and got a facelift in 2019, making 2023 the perfect time for a new generation.

The C-HR Prologue is actually an evolution of the Small SUV EV concept that was launched in December 2021 alongside many other prototypes. Small changes on the bumpers, roof, and wheels it closer to production, confirming what we saw recently in leaked patent drawings.
